(VOVworld) – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has asked the Ministry of Construction to devise and implement a specific action plan on administrative reform in construction investment to submit to the government which indicates specific tasks and responsibilities of related ministries and agencies.
He made the request while working with the Ministry leaders on Thursday in Hanoi where he stated that red tape in this sector has adversely affected the country’s investment environment and economic competitiveness. The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Construction to focus on improving its institution and mechanism by reviewing and upgrading existing Decrees and Circulars to enhance their feasibility.
