PANO – Young officers from the Departments of Arm Techniques and Military Weapons under the General Department of Techniques have proposed to have more chances to improve their expertise to contribute to building their strong units.
The proposal was made on August 13th at seminars opened for young officers of the two departments.
Also in those open seminars, young officers laid stress on their firm political stance and willingness to fulfil outstandingly their assigned missions in any circumstances.
They hoped to be delegated more work by senior officers and have their rear cared.
Moreover, they took this chance to share their working and living experience to the comrades.
