From September 15 – 21, Department of Natural Resources and Environment will coordinate with Thai Nguyen People’s Committee to organize national response activities of world cleaner environmental strategies 2014 with the topic “Act for a waste free environment“. Photo illustration Accordingly, the main activities will take place a launching ceremony of national response strategies to campaigns, planting activities, collection, waste treatment, waste water, communication on environmental protection and visit typical patterns. To respond to the world cleaner environmental strategies 2014 practically, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment recommended the ministries and central agencies, organizations and association unions; people’s committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government; corporations, state general corporations direct agencies and units of the organization and promote propaganda, movement, and education activities for officers and people to raise their awareness about environmental protection. Concurrently, launching and maintaining the environmental protection movement at the facility, such as volunteering Saturday, Green Sunday, plastic bag free day, especially focus on environmental cleanup activities from September 15-21, 2014; promote the achievements and strengthen the response activities to World Environment Day on June 05, 2014 with the topic “Act to prevent rising sea levels”. The ministries and departments, association unions, and localities depend on the specific conditions to hold meeting and response activities to strategy 2014, such as hanging banners, billboards, posters, slogans about environmental topics in the public place, the main street, the head offices, crowded places to remind people to act together to protect the environment and etc. |
