It was said by Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee Le Viet Chu as receiving the delegation of Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) on September 11.
At the meeting, Mr. Huynh Quang Hai – Chairman of Management Board of VSIP informed Chairman Chu about the progress of VSIP. He said that to September VSIP had completed 160 hectares of site clearance and some main roads inner the park.
It is reported that the park has so far attracted 9 investors, and 3 of them have been pushing up construction manufactures. VSIP is projected to create job opportunities for 3,000 workers in 2014 and 10,000 workers in 2015 when 2-3 other manufactures will be put into production.
Mr. Hai released that VSIP has closely co-operated with Dung Quat Economic Zone Authority and relevant departments in province to promote investment in countries of Japan, Korea, India and Singapore.
Chairman Chu requested VSIP to recruit Quang Ngai people, especially people in project area. He affirmed that Quang Ngai would support investors in training workers and prepare an instant human resource meeting high demand of investors.
