PANO – A delegation from Division 2 of the Laos People’s Army, led by its Commander Colonel Phanseng Bunphan has paid a working visit to its twinned unit, Division 316 of Military Zone 2 of the Vietnam People’s Army.

During the visit, Lao cadres toured Regiments 98, 174 and 148 to learn experiences in carrying for soldiers, and joined a conference to review the results of implementing twinning activities over the past time.
The Lao delegates also visited Tan Trao historical relic in Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province, Tuyen Quang and Yen Bai provincial Military Commands and Military Zone 2 Command.
The visit was among twinning activities between the two units, making contributions to promoting their relationship.
