VGP – Police in northern Dien Bien Province in collaboration with Pa Thom frontier post on October 20 caught two Lao nationals carrying 10 cakes of heroin and 4,000 amphetamine pills.
These two men, born in 1986 and 1990, reside in Muong May, Phong Sa Ly Province, Laos.
The case is under further investigation.
