PM turns green light to 2015 inspection plan

VGP – PM Nguyen Tan Dung has turned a green light to the next year’s Plan on Inspection submitted by the Government Inspectorate.


Accordingly, the Government’s body will focus on inspecting responsibilities of ministries and agencies in the fight against illegal trafficking, import and export duties, procurement, thrift practice and anti-wastefulness in capital construction.


The responsibilities of municipal and provincial People’s Committees’ in land management and capital management and use will also be examined.



In addition, the Government Inspectorate will inspect medical equipment production and export, reception of citizens, settlement of complaints and denunciations, anti-corruption, restructuring of State-owned enterprises, banking activities.


In the first half of 2014, the Government Inspectorate deployed 3,399 administrative inspections and 85,036 others involving 391,108 organizations and individuals.


The Government Inspectorate uncovered infringements totaling VND 9.8 trillion, proposing the punishment of 533 collectives and 1,133 individuals./.
