 Vietnam's State President Truong Tan Sang (Photo: VNA) On November 9, State President Truong Tan Sang set off for attending the 22nd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Beijing, China from November 9-11. The attendance is made at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
