Hoabinhtourist & Convention Co.Ltd is honored to be the logistics organizer of The 6th South China Sea International Conference entitled “Cooperation for Regional Security and Development” in Danang, Vietnam on November 17th-18th 2014.
The Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam (DAV), the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association (VLA), the Foundation for East Sea Studies (FESS) and Hoabinhtourist & Convention jointly hold the 6th South China Sea International Conference aimed at providing scholars, policymakers and other stakeholders with a special opportunity to assess the current situation in the South China Sea from an interdisciplinary perspective; considering and discussing measures to maintain peace and stability in the area while promoting regional cooperation. It attracts the participation of more than 200 participants including around 70 international participants who are scholars or government officials from over 30 countries, territories and international institutions; and over 80 scholars and representatives of Vietnam.
As the logistics organizer of this important scientific conference, Hoabinhtourist & Convention has planned to prepare the facilities, technical equipment and especially personnel for several months to ensure the success of workshop. “Hoabinhtourist & Convention has been chosen to be the logistics organizer for various national and international scientific conferences of DAV for many years. Following the success of the 5th South China Sea International Conference in 2013, our company has invested more translation equipment and lighting system for the Welcome Dinner organised on November 16th and Farewell Dinner on November 18th. Besides, Hoabinhtourist & Convention has arranged guest service agents to welcome delegates at the airport to ensure the warmest greetings”, said Mr. Jackie Han – Deputy Director of Hoabinhtourist & Convention.
As an event organizer, Hoabinhtourist & Convention has to edit performances, hire bands and dancers for those gala dinners as mentioned. To design the unique musical space, Hoabinhtourist & Convention must proactively create party theme ideas and advice on stage sound and lighting system, backdrops, and other necessary equipment for the performances. Hoabinhtourist & Convention Technicians has closely works with technical staff of the hotel to make the best stage layout that suits the banquet space. The light color changing in the banquet hall and on stage is always adjusted to achieve the ideal lighting for singers and bands.
Over the past 10 years, Hoabinhtourist & Convention has organized plenty of national and international conferences such as the 7th International Workshop on Advanced Materials Science and Nanotechnology IWAMSN 2014 in Halong City, conference of VASEP (Vietnam Association of Seafood Entrepreneurs), the 5th IEEE International Conference on Communications and Electronics, etc. Our forthcoming conferences in this November are International Conference of the Department of Animal Health, ASEAN conference of General Department of Vietnam Customs, the South China Sea International Workshop in Danang, ACIS 2014 and ACML 2014 in Nha Trang, etc.
