(VOVworld) – A ground breaking ceremony for the construction of a physical training center for Agent Orange dioxin victims was held Thursday in Da Nang city’s Thanh Khe district.

Nguyen Thi Hien, president of Da Nang municipal Agent Orange dioxin victims’ Association, told VOV: “This center will give children affected by AO dioxin a place where they can receive rehabilitation services. This center, together with a detoxification center which is being constructed, is of great importance for AO dioxin victims.”
