The general hailed the recent achievements of the provincial armed forces and border guards, and asked the units to continue to comprehensively implement missions, focusing on military external affairs, strengthening political education, building comprehensively strong units, and maintaining political security, social order and safety in the border.
The general also briefed the units on the world and regional political situations. In the afternoon, he worked with Army Corps 16, and offered incense to martyrs of Border Post 801 (Binh Phuoc provincial border guard), who died in the Southwest border war.
