This is one of the activities held by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the occasion of the 70th founding Anniversary of Vietnam People’s Army (December 22, 1944 – December 22, 2014).

Also at the event, a Public Internet Access Point (PIAP) donated by Bill and Melinda Gates Project was opened at the provincial general library, including 40 computers, 01 printer, and 01 camera.

The project has been implemented in 64 locations in the province with a total of 395 computers, helping people in remote areas access internet.

This is a meaningful project that creates opportunities for local people to update information and knowledge on internet.
