It was changed from Thai Hung Equipment and Supplies JSC. to Nam Tai International Co., Ltd.
The Hai Duong provincial People’s Committee has allowed the investor of the eastern subdivision project (stage 2) for Phu Thai industrial park (Kim Thanh district) to be changed from Thai Hung Equipment and Supplies JSC. to Nam Tai International Co., Ltd.
The reason is that Thai Hung Equipment and Supplies JSC. faced financial difficulties and was not approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to invest in steel production and trading in this area.
To support Nam Tai International Co., Ltd.’s investment in the project, the provincial People’s Committee has required related sectors to complete land hire procedures, land handover, and determination of financial obligations in property conveyance. The new investor should plan in detail the construction of the subdivision to the east of Phu Thai industrial park, finalize and submit procedures to competent authorities for approval.
