For satisfaction of customers

Vietnam Star Nha Trang is the dealership authorized by Mercedes-Benz and carries out functions of a 4S Autohaus center, which are sales, services, spare parts and surveys. Located on 23/10 Street, a major road connecting Nha Trang and HCMC, and 10 kilometers from downtown Nha Trang, the new Autohaus targets not only customers in the south-central coastal region but also potential ones in the Central Highlands.

With a total area of 1,200 square meters, Vietnam Star Nha Trang showroom displays five cars and features a modernly equipped workshop meeting the international standards of Mercedes-Benz. It is able to supply a wide range of services like spare part replacement, maintenance, and repair for up to ten cars a day. The technical consulting teams at Vietnam Star Nha Trang have undergone intensive training in line with global technical requirements.

According to Michael Behrens, General Director of MBV, along with boosting sales, MBV has kept investing in dealership networks and production. The new Autohaus is part of the US$5-million investment package to expand and upgrade MBV’s network this year. With the Autohaus in Nha Trang, “we will continue to actively approach and take better care of our customers on the central coast as well as in the Central Highlands area of Vietnam,” said Behrens.

Eugene Losew, General Director of Vietnam Star Automobile, said, “Our Autohaus will meet the rising demand for a premium car of custom in Nha Trang and the neighboring areas. We also commit to deliver the highest standard of services for our valued customers.”

The new Autohaus in Nha Trang manifests the biggest sales and service system of MBV in the premium segment. The “three-pointed star” brand is the only premium brand to be present in Haiphong, Danang, Can Tho and now Nha Trang besides Hanoi and HCMC. It is the nationwide sales and service system that contributes to the success of Mercedes-Benz in attracting more customers.

Not only customers in major cities like Hanoi and HCMC but those in other localities also choose Mercedes-Benz as it has a network of 11 sales and service centers across the country. For instance, Victoria Hoi An decided to purchase Mercedes cars thanks to the presence of the dealership An Du Danang, and Victoria Can Tho in Can Tho City chose Mercedes because the Haxaco dealership is there in this Mekong Delta city. This is the competitive edge of Mercedes-Benz.

Michael Behrens said MBV is working to expand its network nationwide, to approach more customers in different regions of the country. In addition to premium cars, MBV will focus on diverse sales and after-sale service to better serve its customers.

The year of 2014 is one of the most successful years of Mercedes-Benz in 19 years of its presence in the local market. Such success lies in the timely launching of 19 new variants, raising its car portfolio to over 40 models, and has become the premium carmaker to offer the most diverse car models in Vietnam. With the diversity of car models, MBV targets to attract more customers of other car brands, especially premium ones. As explained by Michael Behrens, customers considering mid-end sedans now can pick a Mercedes-Benz of high quality and unique experience. Besides, those interested in other car brands can now have more choices at Mercedes-Benz.

MBV sold over 2,460 units in the January-November period, up over 62% against the same period last year, and held 55% market share in the premium segment.

Behrens expects sales of this month to surge due to the mounting year-end demand.

Regarding investment, Mercedes-Benz has poured an additional US$10 million this year and the investments have risen to US$30 million after two years. MBV is currently the only premium automaker to have manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
