Division 320 of Army Corps 3 has handed over a house to Lieutenant Nguyen Luong Thanh, a non-commissioned officer of the unit. Located in hamlet 2, Bien Ho commune, Play Ku city, Gia Lai province, the house was built with the unit’s financial assistance. Its troops contributed 110 working days to build the house.
In spite of suffering a hard life, the needy officer always fulfilled all assigned tasks.
