Diners will indulge in a 4-course set menu of Seasonal Favorites, which Chef promises will be a meal to remember. The set menu is priced at VND888,000++/person with a minimum of 2 guests required per booking. The feast will be available until January 3, 2015, excluding New Year’s Eve.
JÙ BĂO XUĀN, the resort’s premier authentic Cantonese Restaurant, is welcoming seafood lovers with a select menu featuring premium seafood on December 19, 20, 24 and 25.
New Year’s Eve Countdown
The Grand Ho Tram Strip is ready to ring in the New Year with amazing culinary creations and dazzling cocktails and wine so guests can join their loved ones in welcoming 2015.
The Ginger is offering a deluxe buffet dinner paired with free flow beer, wine and soft drinks from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on December 31. The buffet is specially priced at VND1,268,000++/person and halved for children aged 7 to 12.
The Brasserie has its own year-end feast — a lush 5-course set menu featuring Australian Waygu Beef, foie gras and fresh Salmon – from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on December 31. The price is VND1,688,000++/person with minimum 2 guests required per booking.
The highlight of The Grand’s holiday offerings is the one-of-a-kind New Year’s Eve menu at JÙ BĂO XUĀN from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., which includes two hours of free flow beverages. The restaurant’s experienced chefs are going to stun guests with lobster, braised abalone and many other delicacies. The cost will be VND1,988,000++/person with minimum 2 guests required per booking.
