VGP – Viet Nam welcomes the declarations of Cuban President Raul Castro and President Barack Obama on resuming their diplomatic relations after 53 years.
These historic declarations will be in the best interests of the Cuban and American peoples and make significant contributions to maintaining peace, stability and cooperation in America and the world, the Ministry’s deputy spokeswoman Pham Thu Hang told media at the regular press briefing on Thursday./.
