PANO – The Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has inaugurated and handed over a medical clinic to Phuong Vien commune, Cho Don district of the Northern mountainous province of Bac Kan.
Besides, the bank also presented an ambulance to the province’s Health Department.
This activity was part of a VND 6 billion social welfare program in the province committed by the BIDV.
Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Chairman of Bac Kan provincial People’s Committee Hoang Duy Chinh held that so far, the bank has spent nearly VND 30 billion to build schools, medical stations and gratitude houses for beneficiaries in the province, contributing to promoting their living standards.
