During the last fortnight, “thai bai” fish appear in thick density in coastal ward 6, in the North Da Dien estuary, Tuy Hoa city. When the net is pulled up, just a hand of the tiny white fish still mixed with sand, many women on the shore remove sand from the handful fish and sell at the market.
