PANO – A conference to roll out tasks in 2015 for the Ground Force’s Air Defence and People’s Air Defence forces was organized on January 27th under the chair of Lieutenant General Phuong Minh Hoa, Commander of the Air Defence and Air Force Service.

Last year, air defence management offices in the whole army made good recommendations to the Commander of the Air Defence and Air Force Service and the Ministry of National Defence on ground force’s air defence and people’s air defence work, and associated with relevant units to well carry out tasks in this field.
The Army’s Air Defence Department of the Service and other units in the whole army opened dozens of training courses for officers in charge of conducting ground force’s air defence and people’s air defence work, and successfully held many exercises and festivals with good results.
This year, the Air Defence and Air Force Service focused on completing set targets, including raising troops’ combat readiness and professionalism and promoting training quality.
At the conference, 18 units with outstanding records in this field were presented with merit certificates.
