This is the first phase in 2015 that Tuy Hoa Industrial College has launched voluntary blood donation with the message: “A blood drop means a life is saved”, “Blood donation saving lives-a noble gesture “,”Blood can wait for patients but patients can not wait for blood”. Immediately after the ceremony, more than 280 people registered to volunteer for blood-donation. Through screening, the Provincial Hospital collected 270 blood units, reaching 100% of the set plan.
