(VOV) – Despite harsh weather in winter local farmers in Nhat Tan, Hanoi, are working hard to create the most beautiful peach blossoms in celebration of the lunar New Year Festival (Tet), which falls on February 19 this year.
On massive fields by the bank of Red River many farmers are taking care of peach trees and protecting them from cold spell so that peach flowers can bloom at the right time.
To have peach trees blossoming for Tet holiday, gardeners have worked hard for a whole year. In addition to peach blossoms, Nhat Tan farmers also plant seasonal flowers.
