(VOV) – Spring has arrived and it’s time to celebrate the founding of the Party— and Hanoi looks beautiful.
From Hoan Kiem to West Lake, businesses and residents have hung red party and national flags everywhere. Banners and lotus images have popped up all over the city, and people are walking to the beat of the joyous season.
