The Farming Kindergarten covers an area of 3,800 square meters next to a big shoe factory in Dong Nai Province and is designed for 500 children of the factory’s workers.
The building is conceived as a continuous green roof, providing food and agriculture experience for children, as well as an extensive playground to the sky for children, ArchDaily said of the project.
ArchDaily, a leading architecture website, annually holds the Building of the Year Awards to choose excellent architecture projects in different categories including housing, hotels and education.
The voting for this year awards ran from January 21 to February 5.
