| Hanoi will organize a range of culture and sports activities to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the southern liberation and national unification, the 129th anniversary of May Day and the 125th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday. Accordingly, a running activity around Hoan Kiem lake, firework displays at five locations around the city and the 40th anniversary of southern liberation and national unification, as well as art performances in districts around the city will be held. Seminars, exhibitions and film screenings will be held. Historical relics associated with revolutionary bases and the career and life of President Ho Chi Minh will be updated; and art performances praising the Party and President Ho Chi Minh will be organized in tandem with the promotion of information about the revolutionary tradition and culture among people./. |
