PANO – Army units of Military Zone 5 have been effectively carrying out the campaign “building new-style rural areas” in localities where they are stationing.
The zone's troops lending locals a hand in building roads
Accordingly, it sent nearly 12,000 arrivals of troops to help local residents boost husbandry by presenting them hundreds of cattle and orchard production. The troops also upgraded thousands of kilometres of traffic roads and irrigation canals.
As a result, these practical deeds have rid nearly 400 households of poverty and further brightened the image of Uncle Ho’s soldiers in the new context.
