Since early this year, the Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment has granted new establishment licenses to 125 enterprises, up 20.2%.
The department has also changed business registration contents for 195 turns of enterprises, up nearly 33% over the same period last year.
There are 7,658 enterprises in the province at present, an increase of more than 10% year-on-year.
Also over the last more than two months, the Department of Planning and Investment has deleted the names and withdrawn the business registration certificates of six enterprises, branches, and representative offices.
The main reasons are that the enterprises suffered losses and asked for dissolution; did not operate in their registered headquarters in more than six months after being granted business registration certificates; stopped doing business in more than one year without reporting to business registration and taxation bodies, etc.
