Cultural activities on cultural heritages in Thanh Hoa province

More than 100 photos on cultural heritages in Thanh Hoa province are on display at Thanh Hoa provincial Museum which opened on April 1st.


The exhibition is being held by Thanh Hoa City People’s Committee in coordination with Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association to open the 2015 National Tourism Year – Thanh Hoa that has the theme “Connecting World Heritages”.


On the same day, the exhibition on lotus in Vietnamese cultural life also opened to introduce more than 100 outstanding works on lotus by photographers in Thanh Hoa province and other cities and provinces nationwide.


The two exhibitions will run until April 8th.

In addition, flower street portraying Thanh Hoa as land of heritage is also taking at Le Loi street from April 1st to 8th to honour local and national cultural heritage values. Visitors could see prominent world and national cultural heritage reproductions converged on the street, such as the Citadel of the Ho Dynasty (Thanh Hoa), Ha Long Bay (northern Quang Ninh province), Thang Long imperial citadel (Hanoi), Ninh Binh ancient capital in Trang An landscape complex, Ngo Mon (Noon Gate) in Hue imperial city, Hoi An ancient town, and My Son holy site (central Quang Nam province).


Visitors are also able to tour popular tourist attractions in the province such as Ham Rong bridge, Ba Trieu temple, and Lam Kinh historical relic site./.
