The final night “Tiger translate – Battle of the Bands,” the competition for young rock bands across the country will be organized in Hanoi tonight, June 29.
The event, which is in its second year, will see the competition of 6 local talented bands including 18+, Dong Do, Bui Gio, Hemelians, Hac San and Parasite. Besides the VND100million (US$4,754 ) prize in cash, winner then will have a trip to Ho Chi Minh City to perform with Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil at the Tiger International Event concert to be held in the city on July 20.
The first 500 audiences coming to the final night in Hanoi will have chances to win tickets to HCMC’s Tiger International Event concert.
The finale of 2013 Tiger translate – Battle of the Bands will take place at 7pm at Thong Nhat Park in Hai Ba Trung District.
Launched since ast year, the contest has drawn attention of rock lovers and become a attractive playground for local rock bands in the country.
