The VND400 million project is expected to be completed on December 2nd to mark the 68th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Independence Day (September 2nd, 1945).

It is a meaningful present of Ministry of Health to Quang Tri province, to bring into play the Vietnamese tradition of “While drinking water, remember its source”.

On this occasion, the delegation led by the Minister also offered incense and laid wreaths to martyrs at the Truong Son and Road 9 Martyrs Cemeteries, and the Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, to remember heroic martyrs’ great contributions to the fatherland in the two wars against foreign invaders.
