PANO – After 4 days of competition, the 2013 annual sports festival for southern units under the Air Defence and Air Force Service was seen as a success.
The organizing panel presented first prize to Division 375, followed by Division 367 and the Air Force Officers School.
Particularly, in the category of four combined-army sports for troops, athlete Vo Huy Loc from Division 375 ranked first, followed by Mai Van Vo and Dinh Hong Nhu from the Air Force Officers School.
This year’s event drew the participation of 300 coaches and athletes from units stationed from Da Nang City to Ho Chi Minh City, competing in 10 events.
According to the organizing panel, participating units well prepared for the event, especially the host Division 375. During the festival, athletes showed their determination in competing for sets of medals.
