PANO – Each overseas Vietnamese student is an ambassador of Vietnam in foreign countries, said Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan on July 17, during a meeting with 30 students representing around 200 overseas Vietnamese students from 24 countries around the world, who are taking part in the 2013 Vietnam Summer Camp.
At the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister urged overseas Vietnamese students to study hard to build a friendly image of Vietnam, making contributions to the development of their current countries and the homeland.
He said that the Vietnamese Party and State always appreciate the contributions of overseas Vietnamese and care about Vietnamese communities in foreign countries, considering them an integral part of Vietnam.
