Luxury hotel to hit the City

HCM CITY (VNS)— A high-end hotel would be built at HCM City’s 164 Dong Khoi Street with total investment of more than VND7.1 trillion (US$341.33 million), according to the city’s People’s Committee.


More than half the capital would be spent on compensation for those relocated during site clearance.


The coveted land – covering an area of around 9,800 square metres in the city centre – had previously attracted attention from nearly 70 investors.-VNS
