The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has announced the National Tourism Year of Central Highlands – Da Lat 2014 with the theme of “High Mountains, Thick Forests of Central Highlands.” This is a typical cultural, economic and social event of national and international scale and significance aiming to introduce the image of nature and people in the Central Highlands in general and in Lam Dong – Da Lat in particular to domestic, regional and international friends.
The National Tourism Year 2014 will include 45 events, including 13 events to be held by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 15 events by the Central Highland provinces, and 17 further events to be organised by Lam Dong province.
