PANO – Major General Phan Van Giang, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army on July 12th received the visiting delegation from the Defence Ministry’s Personnel Department of the Republic of Korea, led by its Director Major General Ryu Sung Sik.

The Vietnamese general laid stress on the importance of the Korean delegation’s visit to Vietnam and highly appreciated the results of the discussions between the Korean delegation and its Vietnamese counterpart on human resource development of the two armies.
For his part, the visiting Korean general hoped that in the coming time, the two personnel departments would promote exchange information and experiences on concerned fields, contributing to building a strong army of each country.
