Vietnam Youth Theatre is busy preparing for international art cooperation exchanges with Indonesia, Thailand, Laos and Germany from June to September.
The art troupe already joined the ASEAN festival held in Indonesia from June 27-30 to strengthen mutual understanding among ASEAN member countries.
They took part in a parade and an exhibition of special products on Vietnamese arts, culture and tourism.
Vietnam Youth Theatre will participate in an art exchange titled “Art for everyone” in Bangkok and Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand on July 18-24.
This is an annual event organized by the Thai Government to gather people with disabilities in programmes of visual art, performing art and literature with the purpose of developing a caring and sharing society.
Also, in July, a theatre delegation headed by stage director Bui Nhu Lai will attend an International Directors’ Seminar co-organized by ASSITEJ Germany and Grune Sobe theatre.
Participants from 25 countries worldwide will discuss and share experience in stage activity and art creativeness for children.
Later, 26 artists from Vietnam Youth Theatre will perform during Vietnam Culture Week in Laos and at a ceremony to celebrate Vietnam National Day (September 2) organized by the Embassy of Vietnam in Vientiane from August 28 to September 3.
