The troupe also won the supporting award of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and certificate of Puebla University in Mexico. Defeating many companies from Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and Italy, the Vietnamese artists conquered audiences and jury panels with animated, skillful performances with harmony, moves, humor and artistic class.
Although the troupe has performed in many countries and won many awards, this award helps to promote the Vietnamese image to international friends.
Created in 1981, the Circuba Festival has attracted many international troupes in many art genres. This year, the festival lured 80 artists from 14 countries.
