PANO – Tam Thanh Kindergarten was put into operation on September 6th, as a gift of the PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) to Tam Thanh commune, Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province.

The national standard structure, built and furnished since May 2013 at a cost of VND 2.6 billion withdrawn from PTSC’s social welfare fund, has 2 storey and 6 classrooms and can accommodate 120 kids.
The construction of this kindergarten is part of activities of the program to build new rural areas launched across the country.
