PANO – Two dormitories will be built for ethnic minority pupils in Si Lo Lau commune, Phong Tho district, Lai Chau Province, thanks to funds donated from the Youth Union committees of the People’s Army Newspaper and the Vietnam Petroleum Institute, and the Women’s Union of the Vietnam Military Telecommunications Group (Viettel Group).
110.2 million VND donated by youth union members of the three units will be granted to representatives from Si Lo Lau authorities and Border Post for the construction of the two dormitories for pupils at Si Lo Lau secondary school.
Reportedly, 20 million VND of the amount was donated by the Youth Union members of the People’s Army Newspaper; 60 million VND by the Youth Union of the Vietnam Petroleum Institute and the rest by the Women’s Union of the Viettel Group.
