PANO – Stationed in Ta Mu Can hamlet, Ta Ngai Tung village, Xin Man commune, Xin Man district, Ha Giang province, Engineering Company of the provincial Military Command has over the past time silently carried out its mission of detecting unexploded ordnance to ensure safety for local people.
