HIPA is the place where talented photographers from across the globe convey Dubai’s vision of the future through the lenses of their cameras.

HIPA is an internationally-renowned photography award, launched in 2011 under the patronage of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai.

Open to both local and international photographers, HIPA aims to support talented photographers and reflects Dubai’s commitment towards artistic and cultural development.

Photographer Le Duy Hoang won the third prize in the Black and White category. His winning photograph captures the joy of a group of Vietnamese fishermen returning to port.

All prize-winning photographs will be exhibited in London later this September./.
