PANO – A H’Mong language training course was opened at Tuyen Quang provincial Military Command by the Command of Military Zone 2 on October 3rd.

The trainees are 68 officers and non-commissioned officers working at organs and units and military commands of provinces where the zone is stationed.
During the 2-month course, the trainees will develop basic H’Mong language speaking and writing skills, and have a chance to learn more about the H’Mong ethnic minority group’s habits and customs.
The course is meaningful to help consolidate military-civilian relations, and contribute to mass mobilization and defence-security strengthening in the localities.
