PANO – A delegation of the Ministry of National Defence, led by Lieutenant General Vo Van Tuan, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, paid a working visit to the Binh Thuan provincial People’s Committee on October 3rd to implement a project to build Phan Thiet Airport.
At the working session, the delegation and leaders of the province reached agreement about directions and measures to accelerate progress of the project’s planning and ground clearance for the airport construction.
Phan Thiet Airport will contribute to promoting defence-security work, while creating favourable conditions for the province to develop air transport, society and economy.
