(TITC) – After 3 months of operation, the tourist supporting office which plays the consultative role and provides tourist information for tourists to Hanoi contributed to developing civilized tourism environment, forming an attractive, safe and friendly destination image.
According to Mr Mai Tien Dung – Deputy Director of Hanoi’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the tourist supporting office provided much useful information for tourists since its launch on August 1, 2013. Many tourists could find out necessary information and tourist information publications at the tourist supporting office.
In the coming time, Hanoi’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will make more efforts to improve the office’s efficiency, including assembling all necessary information, addresses, phone numbers to resolve effectively tourists’ complaints; enhancing coordination with key tourist districts and relevant agencies; launching new hotlines at the districts…
Besides, the Department will also publicize its two hotlines at all tourist businesses in the city in the positions that tourists can easily observe. Additionally, tourists can also give their feedback to the tourist information booths at Noi Bai Airport and in the city.
