Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel
A Christmas and New Year seafood buffet is available for gourmets as we get ready to celebrate the old year and look forward to the new year with a number of signature dishes at Central Restaurant. The buffet costs VND530,000++ with those buying ten tickets being given one free. The restaurant also has many gifts and games for children.
The buffet takes place on Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year’s Eve (December 31).
In a cozy and luxurious space at the Café Bistro in the four-star Liberty Central Saigon Centre Hotel, customers will be served delicious coffee and tea accompanied with a tasty muffin made by the hotel chefs.
Café Bistro also serves special cocktail Sweet Santarina. The offering is a mixture of vodka, syrup, lemon juice and blueberries. Café Bistro also offers customers a 50% discount during happy hours from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Also at the café, customers are free to choose their favorite brandies with a discount of up to 20% from 9 p.m. until midnight.
The hotel hosts the program ‘Taste of the World Lunch Buffet’ with a new menu featuring more than 40 selected dishes in Western and Asian cuisine. The buffet costs VND300,000++ per person. Customers will get one ticket free when buying five.
Moreover, Central Restaurant is currently serving a VND69,000 breakfast with an optional dish and a glass of iced milk coffee from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.
To extend its gratitude to customers for their support, Central Restaurant is running promotions this month, offering 40% discounts for diners on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. With an abundance of European and Asian dishes, diners will discover the quintessence of gastronomy.
Those dining at the restaurant in the afternoon, may win a discount voucher from a lucky draw.
Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel
Currently available is the Taste of the World Lunch Buffet from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. daily, giving diners a chance to taste many dishes from around the world such as German sausages, Japanese sashimi, American salads and Italian spaghetti as well as fresh Vietnamese seafood. Diners have a choice of nearly 20 desserts, including popular cakes from the central region. The restaurant gives one member of a team of six diners a free meal. The buffet costs VND380,000++, including a fruit juice.
Central Restaurant, on the first floor of the hotel also serves Seafood Dinner Buffet, featuring many tasty prepared dishes from salmon, giant freshwater shrimps, oysters and scallops, along with many grilled dishes and hot pots. Diners are given a free cocktail and one free ticket when buying six. The buffet price is VND650,000++ per person.
To mark the inauguration of Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel, Bistro Café offers a 20% discount for dishes served on the ground floor and buy one draft beer get one free during happy hours from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. From Tuesday to Sunday, diners can also enjoy a music show performed by Filipino singer Jeffrey Mendoza.
Meanwhile, to celebrate the festive period, Central Restaurant serves year-end dinner buffets with first-class seafood, world-famous dishes and typical dishes of Christmas and New Year. The night will be rocked along with a variety show and Santa Claus gives gifts to children on Christmas Eve. On New Year’s Eve guests have a chance to win prizes in a lucky draw. Buffet price is VND1.6 million for adults and VND800,000 for kids aged from 5 to 12.
Que Huong Liberty 4 Hotel
For just VND349,000, customers will have a chance to enjoy a buffet featuring grilled seafood, typical Vietnamese dishes and seasonal dishes such as turkey, lamb, pumpkin soup and Christmas cakes from December 20 to 31, except December 25 and December 26. Each night, Santa Claus will give gifts to children and diners can join a lucky draw. Customers will enjoy a 10% discount if they book tickets before December 19.
Que Huong Liberty 2 Hotel
With ‘Delicious dishes from Ca Mau Crab’ served at the Champagne Restaurant on the 10th floor of the hotel, guests will be given a 30% discount for Ca Mau crab dishes.
Pullman Saigon Centre
The Food ConneXion Restaurant, with a capacity of 200 guests with private rooms for groups of 10 to 30 people, will prepare a Christmas party with many selected dishes priced at VND1.6 million++ per person, including wine, champagne, cocktails and many more drinks.
The grilled seafood buffet costs VND1.3 million++ per person and is available during the festive period.
On the 30th floor, the Cobalt Restaurant is suggested as an ideal venue for revelers to enjoy a panoramic view of the city below and to enjoy many stunning dishes made of turkey, oysters, beef and goose liver as well as many ice-cream and pudding options for dessert. Admission is VND1.8 million++ per person.
For the New Year’s celebration, Food ConneXion will prepare a buffet at a cost of VND1.8 million++ per person, feasting revelers fresh seafood and a free flow of drinks.
Meanwhile, the Cobalt is where tourists can enjoy the fireworks display. A party to enjoy the countdown to 2014 on New Year’s Eve will be prepared and charges guests VND2 million++ per person. The restaurant also holds a countdown party at VND1 million++ per person, including a half bottle of champagne.
The Cobalt also serves breakfast priced at VND490,000++ per person.
