On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board awarded merit certificates for the outstanding achievements in coordinating to propagate on sea, islands (2008-2013) to 858 Warehouse, Z753 Factory and 196 Regiment (Navy), the Provincial Party Committee’s Propaganda Department awarded merit certificates to 4 excellent collectives and 5 excellent individuals.
