In the morning of 03 January 2014, Mr. Ngo Hoa- Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Head of Hue Festival 2014 Organization Board chaired the meeting of media sponsors for Hue Festival 2014.
Till this time, 17 news agencies have agreed to sponsor media for Hue Festival 2014 (there may be an increase). Many agencies sponsored media for Hue Festival as: Thua Thien Hue news, Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Vietnam news agency, etc. In accordance with the Organization board, for the past period, many agencies have spent much time for Hue Festival 2014 propaganda.
After the Organization Board summarized the situation of artistic troupes and main activities in Hue Festival 2014. The two sides discussed excitingly the information exchange and reception relating to Hue Festival activities; for example, how to popularize Hue Festival 2014 activities and deliver interesting and exact information to international friends, national and international visitors. At the same time, the matter how to create the most favorable conditions for journalists, editors to grasp exact information of programs, artistic troupes, artists for an effective operation was also talked about.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ngo Hoa acknowledged and thanked news agencies during the previous periods of Festival. At the same time, he expected that media sponsors would be Hue Festival companions who would boost up the promotion and propaganda of Hue Festival 2014′s activities and artistic programs.
