In its official letter sent to Quang Ngai Department of Foreign Affairs, Development of Vietnam Endeavors Fund (D.O.V.E. Fund) informed to support 50 scholarships worth USD 3,000 in the 2013 – 2014 school year to studious and poor students in Pho Phong Primary school and Secondary school in Pho Phong commune, Duc Pho district, Quang Ngai province.
This scholarship grogram is granted annually aiming at helping disadvantaged students to somewhat overcome their difficult circumstances for their schooling. The beneficiaries will receive scholarships during five academic years from grade 5 to grade 9 if their excellent studying results are maintained continuously.
Every year, representatives of the D.O.V.E Fund come to visit and present gifts to students in these schools.
