In the official visit to Vietnam, on 09 April 2014 Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Plamen Vasilev Oresharski paid a visit to Thua Thien Hue province. Mr. Nguyen Van Cao, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee gave a reception to Bulgarian Prime Minister in Thai Hoa temple- Hue Citadel.
Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Cao expressed his gladness to receive the Prime Minister and his wife along with Bulgarian high- ranking delegation visiting Thua Thien Hue province. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee generally introduced socio- economic potentials, strengths and achievements and the province’s development orientation in the future. He also affirmed that Thua Thien Hue took much care of developing international relationship and cooperation for the purpose of sustainable development. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee expected that in the coming period Thua Thien Hue and Bulgaria would enhance much more the external economic relationship and cooperation between Vietnam and Bulgaria in trader, textile, energy, education and training, etc.and promote more the relationship and cooperation between Bulgaria’s and Thua Thien Hue’s local authorities. Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee said that Thua Thien Hue undertook to assist and create the most favorable conditions for Bulgarian’s enterprises to invest in Thua Thien Hue.
Prime Minister Plamen Vasilev Oresharski thanked the warm welcome of Thua Thien Hue province and he informed that via the reception and work with Vietnam’s Prime Minister the two parties will have a new step for commercial and economic development between the two countries. He hoped that in the coming period several enterprises from Bulgaria would find partners for cooperation, investment and doing business in Vietnam in general and in Thua Thien Hue in particular.
After the reception, Bulgarian Prime Minister and his wife visited Hue Citadel.
In the afternoon of the same day, the Prime Minister and his wife visited Leasing Industrial Ltd.- Bulgaria (Knitting Textile and Garment Hue Vietnam Ltd, 100% investment capital is of Bulgaria)
