HA NOI (VNS) — Outgoing Chinese Ambassador Kong Xuanyou was presented with the Friendship Order yesterday in recognition of his contributions to strengthening friendly co-operation between Viet Nam and China.
The distinction was conferred on him by Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son.
The Friendship Order is awarded by the Vietnamese Government to foreign individuals or organisations making significant contributions to forging, consolidating and developing friendship between Viet Nam and other countries. — VNS
